When a Coryell Roofing employee noticed the unsightly stains on the ceiling tiles in Tener’s Western Outfitters, he asked owner Andy Hughs if his company could inspect the roof. Andy agreed. The inspection revealed that damage to the old, modified bitumen roofing system was causing the leaks inside the store. Coryell prepared an estimate for total roof replacement, and once the insurance claim was approved, work began. First, the team removed the old system and spot-repaired the rotted decking. Then they brought the roof up to code with insulation and installed a white, energy-efficient, Duro-Last roof with a twenty-year warranty. It was an extensive project, but all leaks– from leaks on tall parapet walls to leaks on expansion joints to leaks at wall transitions–were stopped by the quality work provided by the knowledgeable and highly experienced Coryell team!
