Chris Coryell

CEO

Chris Coryell is the CEO of Coryell Roofing and Construction, Inc. (Coryell Roofing), a company he founded with his wife, Theresa, in April of 2011. As CEO, Chris is the public face of Coryell Roofing--he determines the vision and corporate culture of the company and manages the overall operations and resources.  Chris spent a short time studying at Oklahoma Christian University but quickly decided that the workplace would be his classroom.
He went to work for Coca-Cola, one of the most powerful and recognized brands in the world. There, he learned marketing and sales skills. He then worked for Digital Projections, a Texas Instruments company based out of Kennesaw, GA, where he learned to be innovative. Later, working as a sales rep for Duro-Lite Heat Transfer Products, Chris learned how to overcome being unknown. Through the years, his entrepreneurial spirit has led him to establish several other successful businesses before Coryell Roofing. Chris continues to self-educate by reading books written by visionaries such as Jeff Bezos and subscribing to podcasts and social media channels that provide motivation and insight into thought and growth. Furthermore, he continually strives to educate and motivate his teams.
The ideology that guides Chris as CEO of Coryell Roofing is "to serve others." He quotes his papa, Ted Hardwick: "If you help others get what they want, you will get what you need." One of the ways Chris serves Coryell Roofing teammates is by creating a culture of family where team members care for each other, believe in each other, and celebrate each other's victories and accomplishments.
When not in his role as CEO of Coryell Roofing, Chris might be playing the guitar and singing by the fire, working on a chapter in the motivational book he is writing, or golfing with his three sons. But what this self-educated, hard-driving businessman most likes to do is spend time with his beautiful wife, best friend, and co-founder of Coryell Roofing, Theresa.

Theresa Coryell is the CFO of Coryell Roofing and Construction, Inc. (Coryell Roofing), a company she co-founded with husband Chris in 2011. She has a decade of experience overseeing the financial activities of business planning and budgeting for Coryell Roofing. A bit of fun-in-the-sun or time with family and this devoted wife, mother, and business partner is ready to resume another week overseeing the financial activities of Coryell Roofing.

Keenan Young

General Manager

As General Manager (GM) of Coryell Roofing and Construction, Inc. (Coryell Roofing), Keenan covers oversight of the estimating department, production team, administration team, and marketing team. Previous to working at Coryell Roofing, Keenan worked as a sales and project manager with Great Lakes Roofing and Insulation Systems. There, he focused on learning to run a commercial roofing business and worked to understand how to both sell and manage well a commercial roofing project. Knowledge and experience gained at Great Lakes helped transition Keenan first to the role as director of engineering services with Coryell Roofing in 2018, where he estimated and designed roofing projects and made certain the projects were installed per design and budget, and later to his current position as GM.
A picture in Keenan's office states, "Dreams don't work if you don't", a saying that reflects both his past and present achievements in the industry. When commenting upon employment with Coryell Roofing, Keenan stated, "Many companies claim, 'We want to change our employees’ lives,' but I have never seen nor worked for a company that accomplishes that statement even half as well as Coryell Roofing."
Keenan enjoys time spent with his wife, Laura, and their rescue dog, Helo, as well as with his two brothers, nieces and nephews, and other family members. Keenan escapes to Arkansas at times with Laura to enjoy the beauty of nature at places like Beaver Lake in the Ozarks, a place that reminds them both of their home state, Michigan, and from time in nature, returns with renewed focus and vision as he continues oversight of the many departments within Coryell Roofing.

She has a decade of experience overseeing the financial activities of business planning and budgeting for Coryell Roofing.
