Coryell Roofing rises to the challenge of multiple problems on a variety of roofing systems . . . . The Whitebead campus had several different roofing systems on the many buildings on their campus. The different roofing systems also had different types of damage and causes for leaking. The Coryell team looked at each roof and its problems and came up with a plan for an attractive and leak-free campus!
They first tackled the tear-off portion of the project over a weekend to ensure no disruption of classes. Then, they installed a Duro-Last® Retro-Fit system over a majority of the campus’s metal roofs. The installation of this roofing system does not produce much noise. Whitebead classes continued as usual!
The team next installed CertainTeed composition shingles on one of the detached classrooms. The new, 30-year composition shingles give the building a classic look and will provide a sustainable roof for years to come. Finally, the Coryell team applied Duro-Last Silicone Coatings above the interconnecting walkways. This completed project and gave the campus an all-around “new” and uniform look across the various roof transition areas.
