Coryell Roofing eliminates CFM Corporation’s need for annual application of elastomeric coating . . . . CFM Corporation had an old roof with “self-performed” elastomeric coating that had to be reapplied each year to curb the leaks. CFM contacted Coryell Roofing because a recent hailstorm had fractured their facility’s roof, and water was penetrating the surface. Coryell Roofing inspected the roof, proposed a plan for a long-term solution to stop the leaks, and helped the company with the insurance claims process. CFM received the funding needed to upgrade their roof, and the project began.
The Coryell team applied a 60 mil, mechanically attached, Duro-Tuff® metal retrofit system. The system gives CFM a long-term, watertight system with a twenty-year NDL (no dollar limit) warranty. In the coming months, the Coryell team will add curbs for the fans the corporation will install on their rooftop. In the meantime, CFM Corporation no longer spends time applying annual coatings or dealing with leaks, thanks to help from Coryell Roofing!
