Animal fats in a restaurant’s exhaust, like McDonald’s restaurant, can damage roof systems and ponding water. Coryell Roofing understands this. They can help!
Don Santiago’s McDonald’s needed a new roof. It had significant ruptures in the modified cap sheet and bruising from hail strikes. The restaurant required a roof designed to handle damage by animal fats that escape through the venting system. It needed a roof that could stand up to the ponding on its flat surface. Don Santiago walked into Coryell Roofing for help.
The Coryell team assisted Don in the insurance claim process and started designing a new roof for his restaurant. The design included applying a coating of 838 Supreme by 838 Coatings, a super durable Kraton-based coating, over an 838 MP Prime Stain Blocker base coat. The team used extra layers of 838 Supreme in low-lying areas and areas more exposed to kitchen exhaust and grease.
Coryell Roofing gave Don Santiago’s McDonald’s not only a tough-as-nails roof that would stand up to damage from animal fats and ponding but also an energy-efficient roof with a ten-year warranty. All without interrupting the daily operations of his McDonald’s restaurant!
