moore, OK, May 25, 2010 — Ron Crow, a FEMA public assistance officer and member of a local/county/state/federal Preliminary Damage Assessment team, carefully inspects hail damage caused to the roof of a municipal building by a hail core spun off by a tornado on May 10.
