Grant wanted to work for Coryell Roofing because he saw the how the company values team members. He is also a John Maxwell admirer. As such, he appreciates that Chris and Kelly Coryell are John Maxwell coaches, and he wants to be part of a team led by the Maxwell principles.
Grant married his college sweetheart, Laura, and together they have three children: Isaiah, graduating from Mizzou in December of 2022; Kalyn, beginning her senior year in 2022; and Nathanial, starting 3rd grade the fall of 2022.
