Recently we had a content error that resulted in a broken web link in our newsletter… we apologize for the confusion! As we tracked down and remedied the “weak link” in our own process that led to a “broken link” in the end product, we saw parallels with the issues that sometimes cause a large roofing project to stall: how easily a single broken link can turn a project into a “Page not found”. In our case, it was easy to fix with a change in our process creating a central point of review to keep future content from getting scrambled. With a roofing project, that central link is just as critical to keeping the project online. At Coryell, we know the roofing contractor IS that central link that connects the endpoints and we welcome the role.

When you’re having a roofing issue with your facility, you can find yourself hitting broken links if you don’t know the correct path to enter. We understand that obstacles to funding, material choice, code compliance, deadlines… they are all “landing pages” that require ALL the links working properly so you can click to the next page. Those links are provided by insurers, engineers, facility managers, associations, school boards, adjusters, lawyers, vendors… and when the end result required is the best possible roof replacement “site” with the most satisfied customer, it’s the roofing contractor that becomes the webmaster.

Our experience and precision in dealing with all these entities that influence the final product is what we have come to recognize as our most critical role for you, the client in need of a new roof. Our record shows the almost perfect technical application of the Duro-Last® restoration systems we know are the best solutions you can get… we expect nothing less, and our clients do too. The real mastery comes in coding and decoding the web of links and connections needed to end up with that final product. Understanding that any single broken link will crash the project, so you better understand where they are all coming from.

Ok, so maybe you have to be a digital marketer to see it quite this way! Nevertheless, sometimes it takes getting burned by a shortcoming in the way you create an e-newsletter to open your eyes to the real role you play as a roofing contractor: not a simple content provider, but the webmaster that creates the finished site.

Contact Coryell Roofing today and let us take you from roof inspection to QA inspection — all while linking-up all the connections in-between.
