Summer Kuykendall oversees day-to-day administration team operations for Coryell Roofing by goal-setting for professional and financial growth, developing policies and procedures, and evaluating and improving internal processes. Summer earned a BA in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma and worked for seventeen years for a wholesale pet supply company. During that time, she operated international distribution with large corporations such as Walmart, Petco, and PetSmart, learning a lot about complex industry procedures, team building, and business administration. Summer continues to self-educate in management policies and attend leadership workshops’ – the idea of “if the plan doesn’t work, change the plan, not the goal” steers and motivates her professionally.
