Slade brings a hardworking, growth-oriented mindset to his role as Sheet Metal Shop Assistant at Coryell Roofing, and he makes no secret of where he’s headed. His goal is to work his way up to Shop Manager, and beyond that, he’s keeping his eyes wide open to wherever this career can take him. That kind of ambition, grounded in a willingness to keep his head down, stay teachable, and absorb everything around him, is exactly the attitude that builds careers worth talking about. Slade believes that constant learning isn’t just good advice for someone starting out – it’s the standard he holds himself to every single day. Outside of work, he’s most at home with his kids and at the drag races, two things that speak to the same love of energy, precision, and showing up fully for what matters.
