Seth Castillo

Seth’s over seven years of experience with the company uniquely qualifies him for this position: he has been a roofing company site manager, project manager, branch manager of the West Texas Division, safety director, and senior project manager. From these jobs, he learned patience and how to handle team and project tasks, people, and situations more skillfully. Seth lives by Gandhi’s belief that “You must be the change you wish to see in the world,” He believes he must be the change he wants to see in others to cultivate a better workplace, community, and world.
