As a Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant and committed football player there, he pursued a Master’s in Education, demonstrating exceptional leadership and resilience. Lance’s competitive spirit, deeply ingrained through years of athletic endeavor, now fuels his ambition to lead in the commercial roofing industry, aiming to become the state’s top commercial roof seller.
