Brandon Rakestraw, as a commercial sales manager for Coryell Roofing and Construction, Inc. (Coryell Roofing), leads a three-man team that works to ensure property owners who do business with Coryell Roofing get the solution that is correct for their facility. He represents insurance claims for schools, private businesses, and large corporations. Brandon earned an Associate of Arts degree at Redland Community College in El Reno, OK, where he also played baseball. Brandon began working for Coryell Roofing in 2015 answering phones. He has since worked his way up in the company, learning from team members how to succeed in the highly competitive commercial roofing industry. Before working for Coryell Roofing, Brandon worked with his dad, the hardest working man he has ever known, installing banking equipment.
His drive today is an effort to make his dad proud and is further fueled by a quote by Mark Cuban: “The sport of business is the ultimate competition. It’s 7X24X365xforever.” And that is Brandon, forever striving to improve and be successful within the Coryell Roofing family, a family Brandon says welcomed him with open arms over five years ago. When not pursuing the best solutions for his roofing customers, Brandon likes to go to the lake, spend time with friends, or pick a random destination and just take off–short breaks from his “100% sales mindset” as a commercial sales manager for Coryell Roofing.
